Top Chef Premiere Pairings at Broadway by Amar Santana

Last night, Laguna Beach's own Amar Santana made his national television debut on the season premiere of Top Chef, winning the first Quickfire challenge and placing in the top three of the elimination challenge. It's sure to be an exciting season, so for those who are inclined to stop by the chef's Glenneyre Street hot spot, Broadway by Amar Santana, while we watch his quest for the title,  I spoke with sommelier Michael McConnell about the restaurant's top five pairings that highlight the talent of the man in the kitchen.
